Educational Description:

• Diploma Engg, Preferred : BE / MCA
  (SAP Functional, Database Management, Project Management, MCSE, OCP, CISA or ITIL)

Job Specification:

• To determine the IT needs of the business at site locations
  Manage IT Operations which involves both Infrastructure and Application Support Services.
  Maintain high standards of service support SLA’s.
  Site wide IT Resource Management (hardware, software, licenses)
  Ensuring user satisfaction at the Site.
  Comprehend user needs and adapt the IT support delivery to the business operations.
  Build and maintain IT competency amongst users by way of continuous training and communication.
  Experience: 10-12 years.

Specific Requirement:

• Responsible for managing uptime for all LAN, WAN links and check for failures
  IT Resource Management- Hardware, Software License, etc
  Ensure high standards of Audio/Visual/Collaboration facilities within the organization.
  Security Management and Implementation of IT policies and Procedures.
  Manage support vendors and helpdesks to ensure low TAT’s.
  Responsible for maintaining cost-effective computing facilities.
  Coordination with Corp Solutions & Implementation Teams to implement new projects.
  Act as Interface between Business Users and SAP team. Coordination with EITL/GDC for providing timely support on Application Systems like SAP ERP, Primavera, DMS, BI/BW, Workflows, Intranet Sites, Web Apps, etc.
  Gap analysis and Implement new processes if required in SAP
  MIS and Reporting
  Coordinate with Procurement, SAP central support team and Project management team to resolve the Business process related issues.
