Educational Description:
- Bachelor in any manner preferably from Management, Banking or Finance or similar level
Job Specification:
- Team Leader of Sales & Marketing. Conceptualisation of selling of Banking Products
Specific Requirement:
- • At least University degree in management (marketing), social science or related field.
• Not less than 1 year of experience in marketing and sales. Experience in banking/financial Institutions will be an advantage.
• Proven ability to create and execute marketing activities that will result in incremental of revenue and to conduct sales effectively.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Nepali. Proven ability to communicate at many levels –conceptually and tactically – including strategies, plans, activities, metrics, budget.
• Drive and manage Marketing, Promotions, Events and Public Relation strategy and activities.
