  • 1. Must have at least 2 years of prior experience in recruitment & selection
    2. Must be fluent in written and spoken English
    3. Must be very good at using MS- Word & MS-Excel
    4. Must have passion to learn and build a career in the field of HR Management

Job Description:

  • 1. Identify roles to be filled within the organization
    2. Responsible for manpower planning
    3. Assists in designing job descriptions
    4. Responsible for sourcing of suitable candidates for available positions and identifying suitable recruitment channels
    5. Design recruitment advertisements. Announce vacancy notices in job portals and other media
    6. Screens applicants. Meet walk-in applicants, collect and assesses CVs
    7. Conduct reference checks
    8. Ensure all vacancies are filled with the suitable candidates within the targeted time
    9. Ensure all recruitment policies, procedures and techniques are followed
    10. Maintain a proper file of CVs collected and forward to the departmental heads for evaluation and interviews
    11. Schedule interview and ensure that feedback is collected from interviewers
    12. Take interviews whenever required
    13. Send interview feedback to the candidates
    14. Maintain an active and organized data bank of applicants for various positions
    15. Generate recruitment related reports
    16. Create and maintain employee files
    17. Obtain monthly performance appraisal of incumbents from the concerned managers
    18. Track the end of probation / contract period of employees and initiate the process for renewals and permanent appointments
    19. Coordinate induction process
    20. Responsible for maintaining well updated personnel files and performing other necessary
    21. Report to HR Manager. Perform any other jobs assigned by supervisor
