Education Background :
Masters Degree in Management related studies preferably with specialization in Marketing.
Job Specification :
* The ideal candidate must also have a basic understanding of personal Care products & channels of distribution.
* 2-3 years of prior work experience in Marketing & Sales with renowned FMCG companies would be an advantage.
* Fresh candidates are also encouraged to apply.
* Age not exceeding 30 years old.
Job Description :
* Be on top of consumer & customer pulse through regular consumer & customer contact and internal data analysis of tracking reports.
* Responsible for managing the communications for the brand – ATL & BTL to ensure that the brand remains on top of mind (TOM) of consumers.
* Monitor placement of the brand and coordinate with Sales team for ensuring proper share of shelf
* Coordination with regional brand and R&D teams for delivering on agreed brand activity plan.
