Education Background :
Master degree in Puplic health or social science or Demography preferably phd
Job Specification :
At least 5 yeares professional experiencein health and social science research with experience of both quantitative and Qualitative method and emphasis on health service delivery and population based surveys.
Proven skills and compitencies;proactive leadership and management:Proposal writing;analitical skills; data management and scientific publication.
The candidates should have proven ability to work with other;desire to listen,learn and be creative professionalism and knowladgeable and respective diversity.
ability to engaged with the wider verity of Stakeholders,form policy maker,distric officials,advisors from donor agencies to health workers and community members.
While not authorship in peer reviewd journals would be an advantage .as would evidence of successful research funding applications.
Ability to work indipendently and within a team and more importantly provide leadership to the team and assit of buildings research skills among team members.Transferable skills including organigation ,time management, planning and interpersonal skills.
