Education Background :
Master degree in Statictics public Health Population or eqivalent with a major or statistica and research methods
Job Specification :
Should have proven capabilities as evidence by atleast 5 years experience at a national level in Data Processing,health Research,Assessment,Data Analysis and Project management.
Should process training at the postgraduate level at a minimum in Biostatistics or Epidemiology project management and relevent expertises in the areas. Sampling,Data collection,Data processing and Data quality Managementand and Statistical Analysis.
Should be proficient in using analytical tools such as:SPSS.CSpro STAPA SAS and MS Ecxel with appropriate combinatons of training and experience with transferable skills including organigational,time management,panning and interpersonal skills.
Job Description :
Lead on managment of large datasets including the data collections from respondents,editing, structure cheking ,verification and secondary editng of the data,as well as the exporting and recordings into an agreed fornat in order to facilitate in statistical analysis ans manipulations.
Contribute to develop research instuments further data analysis,prepare the final report and scientific publications,Assist the research, M&E learn with the prepartation of training plan, traings materials for enumerators,coding manual and M&E plan for each project and participate as a resource person in training sessions,Contribute as a member of organazation for development and strengthening of human resources and organzational capcity.
