F&B Manager

Job Specification:

• Candidate must have Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management
• Minimum 5-6 years of working experience in the similar position

Job Responsibilities :

• Ability to train and develop team members, work effectively in a team environment and take Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Attend timorously to customer complaints.
• Ensure that company and statutory hygiene standards are maintained in all areas.
• Ensure that the Back of the House Department operates effectively and efficiently.
• Ensure that fair discipline is maintained.
• Ensure the prompt and efficient service of all meals, snacks, functions and beverages to the required standards.
• Ensure the efficient running of the banqueting department and other outlets of F & B Service department.
• Technique knowledge in conference management.
• Knowledge in Computer- word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software. Must have and maintain a professional appearance for the luxury market.
