Sales Manager

Job Specification:

• Bachelor Degree in relevant subject with 2 years of experience
• Experience in automobile, part sales, FMCG preferred
• Knowledge and expertise in specific function.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Relationship building and people management skills
• Good computer knowledge

Job Responsibilities :

• Reaching the targets and goals set for respective area
• Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base
• Servicing the needs of your existing customers
• Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
• Setting sales targets for individual reps and allocating areas to sales representatives
• Recruiting and Training sales staff
• Developing sales strategies and setting targets
• Monitoring your team's performance and motivating them to reach targets
• Compiling and analyzing sales figures
• Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts yourself
• Review of receivables on daily basis for timely recovery
• Collecting customer feedback and market research
• Reporting to senior regarding sales related issues
• Keeping up to date with products and competitors
