Account Supervisor

Job Specification:

1. Strong Analytical Skills and Ability to work independently.

2. ability to work cooperatively with others in team environment.

3. Able to work on  ERP System software.

4. Tax experience in some general partnership or corporate tax laws.

5. Excellent Communication skills verbal and written.

6. Hospitality accounting experience a plus.

Job Responsibilities :

1. Responsible for month end closing process and preparation of financial statements for various entiries.

2. Analysis of monthly general ledger account activity, Journal entries, accurals, variances to forecast, reconciliation of various accounts, fixed asset administration, and various employee benefit acounting.

3. Supervision of accounts payable process and accounts receivable billing process.

4. Maintenanceof various spreedsheets to support financial transactions and analysis of various expenses.

5. Bank reconciliations.

6. Assist company in executing company policies and complince procedures.

7. Handle the Account section under finance Department.
