Beauty Consultant Team Leader

Job Specification:

• Bachelor Degree completed or running in Management
• Minimum 1-2years experience as a Team Leader and 4-5 years experience asa Beauty Consultant
• Good English communication skills and Presentation Skills
• Should be presentable ,attractive and well groomed  
•  Should have superior organizational skills and strong time management skills
• Should have strong knowledge of beauty products.
• Good knowledge of Excel and word
• Must have own scooter and valid driving license
  
  
  

Job Responsibilities :

• Should help customers find the products that meet their needs and sell customers as many products as possible.
• Should know about the products and must explain how products work, demonstrating how to use products, performing makeovers, and operating the cash register.
• Cross-selling beauty products, when appropriate (e.g. serums, body lotions and hair care products)
• Greeting customers upon their arrival
