Branch Manager

Job Specification:

• BS in Business Administration or related field
• 6-7 years of experience
• Proven branch management experience or similar role
• Familiarity with industry’s rules and regulations
• Excellent organizational skills
• Great leadership skills
• Able to do multitask along with prioritize,and manage time efficiently

Job Responsibilities :

• Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities
• Develop and grow business and consumer relationships.
• Support day to day operation of the sales
• Marketing branch within community to attract business
• Organising marketing activities and events for the branch
• Briefing employees on current sales goals, promotions, and other relevant information
• Evaluating employee performance and providing feedback and coaching as needed
