Masters/bachelor's degree in law/Public relations/ Media/Journalism or equivalent
4-5 years’ experience in corporate communications, journalism, public relations and/or marketing communications, or related field

Development of External and Internal Comms. strategy and plan/budget annually.
Establish Nepal media network independent from Agency’s network in key markets/cities
PR activities planning, organization and implementation
Development and maintenance (newsletter, intranet. Other forms of communication platforms)
Bridge between local country / market and Regional / Global Communication team
Facilitating or implementation of global initiatives and key projects
Implement and communicate Group CSR Policy & Guidelines – policy handbooks and other communication materials at local level
Identify and implement Community Engagement project in Nepal.
Improve internal & external communication on CSR activities – Nepal CSR report; third party audit, regular meeting and best practice sharing
Establish the procedure for Nepal Issue & Crisis Management process
Provide support and consultancies to other functions whenever there is an issue or crisis occurred.
