Customer Executive

Job Specification:

• Minimun bachelor pass and more then 2 years pven experience( electronics iteams most prefered)
• Must have strong man-managing skills, able to efficiently manage a team and liaise with other operations teams.
• Must also have good customer services skills to deal day-to-day with all enquiries and cultivate relationships with future clients.
• Have good communication skills as much of the job involves presentations, conferences and other sales pitches.
• Able to work under pressure and efficiently within time constraints.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office any other standard software related to Sales and Marketing.

Job Responsibilities :

• Developing sales targets and strategies with the help of the sales team, and then overseeing that these targets are met.
• Report to the Sales Area Manager with all progress, keeping them updated on the progress of the staff and the completion of sales targets.
• Source new clients. This includes following leads, visiting potential clients and giving sales presentations.
• Aattend any conferences and functions where the promotion of the company’s services is possible.
• Prepare and give sales presentations.
• Must give accurate advice to potential and current customers regarding the services available, offering a range of moving solutions appropriate to the client.
• Assists the composing of all Sales and Marketing material.
