Required Education : Bachelor

Job Specification:

Knowledge of education programming, monitoring, evaluation and research.
Strategic planning and programme design and proposal development.
Updated knowledge on national and international policies, plan and priorities.
Major education and ECD development issues.
Champion on providing technical assistance.

Job Responsibilities :

Ensuring development of high quality child focused education programmes by the country team
Provide timely technical inputs and guidance to the team.
S/he will establish proven evidences of Save the Children's education initiatives and assist education team to incorporate them into programme to meet the strategic objectives of Save the Children programmes in Nepal.
The advisor will be responsible for expansion and strengthening of relationship with the relevant international and donor communities for education programme development and fund support for the country programmes.
