Required Education : Bachelor
Expected Faculty : Bachelors in Hotel Management

Job Specification:

Must have completed BHM or any other degree in hospitality field.
Should have minimum 2 years of work experience as Executive Assistant to CEO/ MD/Directors or relative work areas in secretarial job.
Should have excellent and strong hold in oral and written Nepali & English communication skill.
High level of time management ability and strong organizational skill.
Should have knowledge in organization planning and mature in behavior.

Job Responsibilities :

• Do all secretarial jobs, filing, correspondences, appointments, office management,computer operations etc.
• Handle sensitive project information with great tact, discretion, and judgment.
• Create and maintain calendar of appointment schedules, events, and meetings.
• Draft, transcribe, and distribute agendas, minutes of the meetings, mails, and
correspondences.
