Job Specification:

At least Bachelor’s Degree from reputed university
General knowledge of office management and overview of the industry
Excellent interpersonal communication skills, a person with high degree of Integrity, time management andmaintains confidentiality.
Technical Knowledge in MS Office package
Fluent in Nepali and English Language
Preference will be given to female candidates with an experienceas executive secretary or similar administrative role

Job Responsibilities :

Maintaining executive’s agenda and assisting in planning appointments, meetings and others as required.
Receiving and screening phone calls and redirecting them when appropriate
Making travel arrangements for executive level
Handling confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
