Assistant- Human Resource and Admin

Job Specification:

• 1 year or fresher are highly encourgaed to apply 
• Graduate in Management or equivalent from a recognized university preferred
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Flexible to travel as per requirement
• Must have valid 2wheeler license with own vehicle.

Job Responsibilities :

1.   General Operation

• Monitoring employee timesheet and tracking the workforce at workplace
• Monitor and ensure company's code of conduct is followed by all the employees in the branch.
• Identification of employee issue with in branch and handling all related problems in coordination with branch head and HR head.

2.   Administration task

• Analyze and understand the problem and maintenance work required
• Purchase and maintain inventory of office equipment, supplies and administer maintenance contracts of office equipment and facilities.
• Prepare memo’s, obtain the approval for necessary work/purchase.

5.    CIT and Bank deposits
