Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development
Proven experience of more than 8 yrs in leading the plant operation
Understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, marketing etc.
Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills
Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
Job Responsibilities :
Overseeing the complete factory operation and Sales function in accordance with the strategic plans.
Carryout Production planning, Manpower Planning, and handle factory operations, for efficient production.
Planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; developing, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards.
Make sure factory equipment is running at optimal efficiency, create a maintenance procedure for every machine and ensure factory employees follow this procedure regularly.
