Job Specification:

• Work Experience : 2 to 5 years
• Industry : Manufacturing /engineering
• Education Qualification: B.E Mechanical / M.E Mechanical /B.Tech Mechanical/ M.Tech Mechanical from a reputed institution
• Age : 24 to 32 years
• Flexible to work in Hetauda
• Mechanical Project experience is a plus.

Specific Requirement :

WCM

• Pillar Lead for Early Equipment Management of WCM foundation

Engineering Project

• Need identification, planning and proposal preparation of IRR and Non-IRR projects
• Project execution and commissioning of own factory and 3Ps
• Project wise financial monitoring and reporting
• Project capitalization and timely closing.
• Projects includes; major modification in the plant and vicinity area, capacity expansion project execution, infrastructure development, etc.

Engineering Saving

• To plan for factory Non-Material saving target
• Organize workshop and brainstorming session for identifying saving projects
• Execute hard cost saving projects in factory and 3Ps.
• Compliance with GM120 projects

3P Engineering Operation

• Engineering operational and sudden major issue mitigation of 3P engineering activities

Contractor Management

• Contractor activity planning and monitoring for civil and mechanical group
• Contractor supervisor selection

Safety

• To adhere to the weekly/monthly safety targets
• Jointly liaise with the SHE executive to carry out hazard mitigation
• SHE communication dissemination among tool boxes
• To work within the realm of safety as a condition of employment
• Daily contractor briefing

Quality and Environment

• Ensure project execution from quality and environmental perspective
• Mitigate quality and environmental related issues of factory
• Execute action plan for T5Z incidence mitigation

Productivity

• To ensure OEE target is met
• CPT optimization and business waste minimization

Others

• Immediate action on business emergencies to reduce its resultant effects on business
