Should be functioning as Quality Assurance Manager at the Plant level or at Corporate level for 4-5 years
Should have experience working in a large set-up
Should have worked in matrix organization and have demonstrated ability to collaborate across multiple verticals and proven ability to influence Sr. managers / leaders outside reporting chain.
Job Responsibilities :
Lead the development of Quality and Food Safety Management Systems and continuously update guidelines and metrics as per Food Safety Management system to cover all Processes in the Value Chain.
Establish mechanism for effective Monitoring and Review of key metrics related to compliance of established Quality processes (through periodic audit or otherwise)
Lead the development of Quality Capability in the System through Deployment, Training Plans and Coaching.
Institutionalization of Operational Excellence program such as TQM, TPM, Lean and Six Sigma across various business processes
