Manage the implementation of HR and IR initiatives at the factory Level including PMS implementation, Employee Engagement, Contract Labor Management, Wage settlements, Initiate and manage learning and development initiative and maintain all labor regulatory compliances within the policies and procedures of the company with the objective of maintaining harmonious working environment at the factory and helping identify and develop key talent for the factory.
