Required Education : Master

Job Specification:

Masters Degree is compulsory, preferably in MBA - Marketing specialization
Minimum experience of 4+ years in hands on experience in FMCG environment
Must have excellent communication and reporting skills
Should posses supervisory skills
Keen interest in marketing
Must have a good market working knowledge

Job Responsibilities :

Analyzing the brand and current strategy and highlighting areas of weaknesses to develop whilst managing all aspects of the brand
Creating a brand plan and brand strategy and ensuring all aspects of the product
Demand planning coordinating with sales & logistic team
Accelerating & maintaining market share coordinating with sales team,
Working closely with all parts of the company to ensure commercial goals of the brand are met.
Playing a key part in buying, sourcing of the brands products and ensuring all aspects of the supply chain align with the brand.
Realistic forecasting of sales and volume for the brand ensuring all parts of the company can accelerate accordingly.
Regular monitoring on competition activity & plan accordingly to counter that
