Job Responsibilities :

General Purpose Grow revenue and share by developing existing accounts and securing new accounts in an assigned territory and coaching the team to drive market execution .
Main Responsibilities & Tasks
  • Deliver secondary volumes/revenue growth in the assigned territory
  • Handle distributor & distribution system to deliver targets consistently.
  • Drive visi execution by ensuring cold stock availability and visi purity(Bev)
  • Ensure same store growth by increasing SKU count & drive new launched products
  • Minimize non-buyers and add outlets to increase distribution
  • Monitors PSR performance using the data from TSB and SAMNA
